TRGDY is a stylized take on the word 'Tragedy,' representing our focus on Greek myths and the dark side of human nature.
How long does it take to process an order?
At TRGDY, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping, but if you are international and wish to purchase our products, you will need to cover all incurred international shipping charges and please email us at mytrgdy@gmail.com regarding your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return policy on the date of arrival to your shipping address. Please send us an email at mytrgdy@gmail.com regarding your order if you wish to return an item. Please send the items back with all packaging materials intact. Please understand that the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Please choose a reliable carrier that offers packing insurance and a tracking number to ensure that the item is shipped safely. Once items are received by us, we will inspect the item for any damages. Any alterations, damages, or missing items may be subject to a reduced refund or revocation of refund. Any inquires of returning an item after the 14 day return period may be denied.
